Refund Policy for Digital Products:
All sales are final. No refunds will be given except in the case when the digital product is completely unusable. If the digital product is unusable, we will need time to attempt to fix it. Otherwise, we will issue a refund, and the refund will only be provided to your bank account. Additionally, if a customer fails to follow the details on the product page and blindly places an order, then requests a refund, it will not be possible. Furthermore, products cannot be exchanged based on a change of mind or if an order was mistakenly placed.
Refund Policy for web design services: Our web design service at Web Coder Experts aims for your complete satisfaction. Upon agreeing to start a project, a non-refundable deposit is required. This deposit secures our commitment to initiating the design process and is non-refundable once the project has commenced.
Partial refunds may be considered if the client cancels the project before work has begun.
Once the design process has started and work has been performed, refunds are not applicable. We strive to ensure our designs meet your specifications and offer multiple review stages for your input. If a client is unsatisfied with the final design, we are open to discussing revisions within the scope of the agreed-upon project.
Refunds are not provided for completed services, which include design concepts, mock-ups, or any completed web development work.
The refund policy is subject to the terms outlined in the service agreement and does not cover third-party costs or expenses incurred by the client in the process of the project.
